Student Life

Student life at Northside Catholic Academy is guided by our commitment to educating the whole child intellectually, socially, physically and spiritually. We provide a variety of opportunities and experiences that extend well beyond the classroom that help students develop self-awareness, confidence, responsibility and curiosity, while having fun. We also provide students with valuable service and leadership opportunities that promote a respect for truth and a sense of compassion.

NCA offers an extensive After School Enrichment program that includes Band, Guitar, Violin, Cello, Art, Technology, Scholastic Teams, Chess Club, Language Club, Cooking, Dance, Boy Scouts, and Girl Scouts. We also have an Athletics Program that gives students the opportunity to participate in sports throughout the year, including basketball, cross country, football, lacrosse, soccer and volleyball.

For students who need regular or occasional care before or after school, NCA’s Extended Care Program (ECP) provides students with a safe and exciting environment in which to learn, play and explore. NCA’s ECP program is available to students in our Early Learning Center and in grades K-8 from 6:30am-6:00pm. We also offer private bus service for all registered students to and from our six parishes and two campuses.

NCA’s Wildcat Summer Camp is a fun, active weekly camp that is staffed by highly trained and experienced counselors. Students enjoy weekly field trips, arts and crafts, cooking, drama, science, reading, sports and much more!

Uniforms are required for all students in grades K-8. Learn more about our uniform policy and vendors.
