School Uniforms

How Many Uniforms Do I Need?

Here are our suggestions to help you get started.

The number of uniforms your child needs depends on how often you do laundry. These are general recommendations—some families may choose more or fewer items based on personal preference and laundry schedules.

Everyday Uniform
  • 3 monogrammed polos (or plain white shirts for those wearing jumpers*)
  • 3 pairs of navy pants
  • 3 pairs of navy shorts (for warmer months)
  • 1–2 plaid skirts, skorts, or jumpers
    • The plaid fabric holds up well and doesn’t need daily washing
  • 1–2 monogrammed sweater-vests, sweaters, or cardigans
    • These help keep white shirts clean

*Jumpers are for Kindergarten through 2nd Grade

Gym Uniform
  • 2 pairs of gym shorts
  • 2 pairs of sweatpants
  • 2 gym t-shirts

Optional: Long sleeve t-shirts, sweatshirts, or fleece for added warmth in colder months
