Financial Assistance
Northside Catholic Academy is committed to helping families afford a quality Catholic education. Financial assistance is available through our Guardian Angel Scholarship Fund for families who demonstrate financial need.
Please apply through FACTS Grant and Aid. For first-time applicants, you will need to register by creating a new account.

- Eligible grades: Kindergarten – 8th Grade
- Application fee: $30 (non-refundable)
To process your application, you must upload the following:
- Most recent pay stubs and W-2 forms for all jobs
- Most recently filed tax return (1040, 1040A, or 1040EZ with all schedules)
- If self-employed: business tax returns (1040, 1065, 1120, 1120S)
- Any supplemental income documentation (Social Security, Welfare, Food Stamps, Child Support, 1099-M forms, Unemployment, Workers’ Comp, Veterans Benefits, etc.)
Important: Be sure to include your Application ID on all uploaded documents to avoid delays in processing.
Priority deadline: February 1
School acceptance deadline: March 18
The financial aid committee will meet during February to review the FACTS application and to recommend scholarship awards to those who submitted their application by the priority deadline of February 1. During this time, the business manager may reach out to request additional documentation if needed. Awards will be communicated during the first days of March. Applications made after February 1 will be processed on a rolling basis if funds are still available. Families will have until March 18 to accept their award.
