NCA’s Wildcat Camp strives to provide a safe, engaging experience with a variety of recreational, educational, athletic, and fine arts programs at an affordable price.

Staffing of camp counselors is based upon registrations made by June 4.

2021 Camp Pricing:

$200/wk for camper who registers/attends 4 or more weeks; $160/wk for each sibling

$240/wk for camper who registers/attends less than 4 weeks; $200/wk for each sibling

Extended Care fee: 7:00am-8:30am $5 flat fee per camper; 3:30pm-6:00pm $5/hour per camper

Payment and Registration:
Registration closes June 4, 2021.

A $50 non refundable registration fee is required for each camper on or before May 3; After May 3, the registration fee is $100.

Camp registration and payment of the registration fee will be done via SchoolSpeak.

Payment of all camp fees and extended care charges will be made via Smart Tuition. More details will be provided upon registration.

Please note that check payment of camp fees will no longer be accepted.

No refunds can be given after the scheduled week begins.

No refunds or make-up days can be given for absences.

Cancellations must be given at least one full week in advance, or a $100 fee will be charged.

Medications:
If a camper needs to take medication during the camp day or have an EpiPen or inhaler on hand, written instructions from a doctor’s office (as outlined in the NCA Family Handbook) must be provided before camp begins. NCA Camp is a nut-free camp.

Camp Hours:
Camp hours are from 8:30am-3:30pm.

Extended Care is available from 7am-8:30am and 3:30pm-6:00pm.

No camp July 4. This week is not prorated.

Camper Requirements and Rules:
Campers must be 3 years old by June 1, 2021, and toilet trained.

Wildcat Campers are required to abide by the behavioral rules, policies and procedures as outlined in the NCA Family Handbook

The Camp Director and Principal will enforce the discipline policy as deemed appropriate, including the withdrawal of any student whose conduct is unsatisfactory.

Lunch and Snack:
NCA provides a daily snack. Wildcat Camp is nut free.

Campers bring their own lunch and drink in a labeled ziplock bag which will be stored in our refrigerator.

NCA Camp is NUT FREE.

Permissions:
By signing the registration form, I agree that my child has permission to go on walking excursions throughout the neighborhood and organized bus field trips.

NCA has permission to authorize emergency medical treatment for my child if necessary.

NCA has permission to use registrant’s photo for publicity and advertising purposes.
